Excellent service from first enquiry to completion of work. Great communication through booking system. Marv & Alfie completed all the remedial work needed to bring my door up to compliancy with regulations following an inspection. They went above and beyond making sure I understood what they were doing and was happy with the result. I received confirmation of the work done together with photographs within the hour of them leaving and received the IFC certificate the following morning. All in all a good experience and great job done.

Gary and Ben were both polite and professional in communications, and Samuel who came to complete the works was knowledgeable, diligent and considerate for the whole duration of the works. Even after I provided feedback, they adjusted my door with no extra charge - this makes a world of difference between one business and another. I would definitely recommend them to my friend or contact them again if I needed a new door.

Riskfire is the kind of outfit that almost no longer exists. I reached out to them on a Friday and within a week the job was done - and not merely done, but done with such care, such professional dispatch, that you begin to wonder if they’ve mistaken you for a head of state.
