Great service from initial contact to completion. Gary and Ben were both polite and professional in communications, and Samuel who came to complete the works was knowledgeable, diligent and considerate for the whole duration of the works. Even after I provided feedback, they adjusted my door with no extra charge - this makes a world of difference between one business and another. I would definitely recommend them to my friend or contact them again if I needed a new door.

Riskfire is the kind of outfit that almost no longer exists. I reached out to them on a Friday and within a week the job was done - and not merely done, but done with such care, such professional dispatch, that you begin to wonder if they’ve mistaken you for a head of state. At every turn, they were there, helpful, attentive, never once making me feel like I’d asked a foolish question (though I surely did). I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After a long search for people able and willing to do the necessary upgrade to my door I found Riskfire. They did the work quickly and efficiently at a fair price.

No response to my request. Not impressed.

Our block of four flats required the fire doors to each flat to be upgraded in order to comply with the legal requirement of Fire Safety Regulations. It was difficult finding a company who had the correct qualifications. We found RISK FIRE , an accredited company and we are very happy with the work done by them. They provide a IFC Certificate which gives us peace of mind that the replaced items. and the method of installation is in compliance with the Fire Safety regulations. Their prices were competitive and Gary and George were very knowledgeable helpful and good to deal with
