The whole job from start to finish was carried out to the highest standard and with great attention to detail. John kept us well informed throughout the process and was always professional, polite and friendly. He left the garage and surrounding patio area extremely clean and tidy and disposed of all waste materials. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending John and we would definitely use him again for any further work on our property.

Tiled roof circa 1907 in conservation area needed substantial repairs with lead flashing. Much work needed on decomposing cement and chimney brickwork and replacing chimneys that had been improperly removed way back in the past and had not been properly covered. John Ripley provided photographic evidence, clear estimates of work and a schedule that included scaffolding provided by an excellent scaffolder. At conclusion of work, scaffolding removed within two days. All building debris neatly removed as work progressed. A really professional efficient job.

We highly recommend John Ripley and his team of friendly and professional workers. Had our bathroom totally refigured to include a large walk-in shower. It was an absolute pleasure to have them all in our home. The standard of work is exceptional and all areas were left neat and tidy every day. John also has a very good relationship with suppliers which is so helpful when choosing products and accessories.

Our roof was covered in moss and constantly shedding enough to regularly fill our gutters. We also suspected there were some tiles and chimney areas that needed attention. John had helped our local sports club with all sorts of maintenance so I asked him to survey our roof and quote. We accepted and he kept us informed of his other commitments until start date for us. Busy man -good sign. Everything about him was professional and customer oriented talking us through the job, start to finish. Highly recommended.

Reading some of the reviews posted I can say they totally reflect our experience in employing John to replace our garage roof. I wouldn't hesitate employing,or recommending John,to do further works around the house. The work was top quality, nothing was a problem and it was a pleasure having him working on our home.
