Rio was great! He was able fit us in as soon as he was available as it was a somewhat urgent job. As piping was left exposed from a job done by someone else. Rio and his team did the best they could to fill the gaps. Working with what they had finding the best solution for us given the circumstance. Very polite and respectful as well! Would recommend and use again (and from the start lol)
