The valley lead replacement work appears to have been good. Unfortunately the chimney is still leaking. Despite numerous promises to call back and arrange a date to resolve this no resolution has been out in place. Time after time phone calls & messages are ignored. The communication and follow up has been a disaster. Most recently the team did some new work in May but failed to resolve the ongoing issue with the previous work saying their tower scaffolding needed fixing. I've been chasing ever since with occasional promises but still no joy so felt I need to warn others.

I chose Ringway to replace my roof last year. They provided a professional quote, invoice and guarantee and the job was completed within the timescale given. Communication by Chris was excellent throughout. The work caused a small problem internally on my extension roof and Chris sent a couple of guys round straight away to deal with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I looked around for a roofer who had good reviews and was willing to do what I would have termed a 'smallish' job, repairing tiles on my extension roof. Ringway was the one I selected and Chris came out promptly to see what was required and provided a quote despite being very busy. The repairs were carried out on time, and were exemplary. Extremely professional and very clean, leaving the property in perfect conditions. The price was very reasonable, and judging by the quality of work, I feel it was worth every penny.

Exceptional experience! Chris is very polite and professional and explained the jobs in detail - I had two separate jobs, firstly for the chimney and then a tiled roof. Very good communication, replying to messages or answering questions. The workmanship is exceptional, very hardworking team for the side roof and the chimney was done as requested when I arrived home and also exactly as discussed and everywhere so clean and tidy when finished.

Chris from Ringway Roof Repairs Ltd came quickly to assess the work needed and it was scheduled for a few days later. The two guys that came were efficient and knew what they were doing to resolve the problem. They cleaned up when the job was complete and Chris kept in touch by phone to keep me updated. The workmen returned a few days later at my request to carry out further remedial work.
