Jez did a great job with our bathroom. We had issues with the size of the shower surround but Jez sorted it all directly with the supplier - great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Jez and will definitely use him for future work. He was reliable, professional, reasonable priced and did a great job.

I had a wet room converted into a bathroom. This contractor was personally recommended and the result is amazing! From first meeting, it was obvious he was highly experienced, and his advice was invaluable. Honest and cheerful, his work was of the highest standard. The conversion was complicated and his many skills including, repositioning the toilet and bath waste, extensive pipework, tiling, plastering, and installing new bath, shower, basin, toilet, cabinet and radiator. He rebuilt the doorway, hung a new door, laid new flooring and fitted extractor fan and light. Highly recommended!

Rings property maintenance did a great job on fully refurbing my bathroom. Jez was very reliable, hard working and completed all the work himself and in the time he said. All waste was removed and he organised and took care of the delivery of the new suite and even collected the tiles for me. He kept me informed and also made adjustments and suggestions which added to the refurb, I’m really pleased with the outcome.

I am delighted wuth my new bathroom and kitchen, fitted by Jez of Rings Property Maintenance. The result has exceeded my expectations. Jez listened to my requirements, offered useful suggestions and cheerfully carried out the work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and used his considerable experience and skill to install my bathroom and kitchen according to the plans and in a timely manner. He was able to find solutions where any difficulties occurred, and consulted me throughout the project regarding various options as they arose. I am very pleased with the service he provided.
