Brilliant service, advice and care.

Two days I go I found that there was water coming up from under my floorboards. Rick came out asap and rather than pulling all the floor up recommended I get a specialist company to find the leak. I was reluctant bit explained it would be better in the long term. The specialist came out today and found the leak and then Rick and his team came to fix the leak this pm with limited damage created. Brilliant advice and service from Rick who also managed to keep me calm while I was spiralling thinking the house was going to flood. Cant' recommend enough.

Replacing broken tap and stopcock in kitchen

Rick did a great job sorting out the broken fittings in the kitchen. He was able to come round quickly, source, and fit a replacement tap straight away. I would definitely recommend him.

Repairing central heating which had broken down

Very quick and thorough with complete disassembly clean and reassembly. The boiler had obviously not been serviced for a long time but Rick brought it back up to excellent condition.
