Tom did an excellent repair job and was very helpful in noticing other small repairs he made at the same time.

The team were helpful, polite and tidied up well. Work was professionally completed within anticipated timeframe and an additional task of marking the lead roof with ‘Smartwater’ was undertaken for free. Invoice came in matching previously provided estimate.

Courteous quality workmanship

Needed an entire side of a clay-tile pitch roof replacing due to old tiles being severely frost-damaged and crumbling to pieces. Very glad to have found RRC, having got nowhere with numerous other companies I'd approached for quotes. The job was done promptly and professionally, with detailed quotation and all the logistics well organized and clearly communicated. For the job itself we had 8 men on site, and I was amazed at the speed those guys worked! Over 3,000 tiles stripped and replaced within basically one day, and everything complete and tidy by the following morning. Highly recommended!

I spotted a damp patch on my bedroom ceiling wall & used checkatrade to select RRC to investigate the leak. They promptly came & viewed the damage & identified the roof valley required changing. Due to a cancellation, they were able to start the repair the next day. I was very impressed by their very quick responses, their professionalism, courteous attitude, their very efficient service and standard of workmanship. During the repair they kept me informed of further faults which they advised on accordingly. I was convinced they had my best interest in mind.
