  Conservatory roof repair/replacement

  Jack was very approachable and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He gave us different options for how to tackle the problem with our conservatory roof, which we really appreciated. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.   Jack was very professional, thorough and explained things clearly. We needed lead flashing installed and loose tiles re fitting. He also identified a potential problem with damage to cladding and damp so made sure the house was protected for the future. He thoroughly tested his work and demonstrated it after for peace of mind. Overall a very good experience.

  Great work with integrity and genuine respect for the customer's needs.

  Jack and the team arrived at 8am and worked all the way until 9pm to complete both flat roofs in one day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned and fixed an issue I was having with my guttering for free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done to their roof.

  First Class Flat Roof Renewal with Rightway

  Jack from Right Way Home Improvements attended and advised on a possible flat felt roof repair, but explained that renewal was indeed necessary to include supporting boarding which was defective. Jack was particularly impressive because he examined everything around the roof and suggested adjustments to guttering and lead flashings without any significant increase in cost. He also offered to check roof insulation and fit addition insulation (provided by customer) again without extra cost. The work was then carried out quickly to an excellent standard. Photos kept the customer informed.

  I could not praise the team enough. They were speedy, communication was great and they were really transparent about the work. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, I really recommend these guys! If I ever need any future work, I'll be coming back.

  Highly recommended EPDM roof replacement

  Jack’s crew did a tremendous job replacing the failed GRP roof with a new EPDM roof over my double garage on one of the hottest days of the year. They worked nonstop to get the work done in a day and even fixed a ceiling void ventilation issue they found from the previous installer. I’d highly recommend Jack for similar roofing work.
