GDPR rules, Martin Lewis has expressed his concerns with company`s that use GDPR regulations to avoid speaking to you directly on poor quality products they supply. It is a good tool to take your money and then ignore you, nice people to not deal with. One of their correspondence states , When right frame dispatch goods to customers, these are checked on delivery and signed for. This proves that at that point the goods are in good repair and fit for purpose. Finally they agree poor build quality and damage but still refuse to check or acknowledge damage on delivery, then retracts the offer after all they have your money. First mistake do not pay a deposit or up front payment and ensure you have someone to check quality after fitting. I Refurbish houses and look for quality and professional service unfortunately some are just JUNK. Look closely at finish, alignment and square of frame to the sash, do the beads that hold the glass line up in the corners, are they cut to the correct length are you prepared to cut them yourself. Do you expect a response with a query or are you willing to take responsibility for a poor product you did not make. Check for damage if any, again it may be for you to accept this as the manufacturer does not. Rightframe were great along the way. Any queries we had were always dealt with and resolved. Always received a follow up call to check how things were and installation happened as quickly as possible. We had our Windows done first and they made our house much warmer and quieter as well as improving the view. Next came the doors and they've patched us up nicely for the coming winter. The installers were always warm and friendly and offered to take away all the old trims, frames and doors - but were happy to leave it for us to sell on.
