Replacement of leaking water pipe

Arrived shortly after we phoned. Inspected and decided it was necessary to replace the flexible pipe attached to the Quooker. Nick contacted Quooker to arrange for the parts to be delivered. Once they’d arrived, Nick came to fix them that evening even though he was due to go on holiday with his family. Excellent customer experience and typical of the service Nick has provided on the occasions when we’ve had plumbing problems.
