After discovering a leak in our garage used check a trade to call Ruben and asked if he could come and have a look and give me a quote to fix, which he did and - as it was a bungalow - actually asked me to go up the ladder and have a look so he could explain properly. He then called me back promptly with a quote and we arranged for a date, he arrived on time, once he had removed the tiles he showed me again other potential issues and explained fully how all elements impact result. he then showed me pictures of what they had done and the products they had used, Cleared up his mess.

Came and inspected our roof and provide a video of the damage and gave recommendations. We contracted him to replace roof and are very pleased with the work . The communication was excellent.

We asked Ruben of Right Choice to call to look at our roof and he put up a drone to look at the condition and he also went up himself. He explained what was needed doing in a very clear manner and the work was carried out expertly and quickly. We were kept imformed throughout and the result was an exceptional job. Replacement of the original roof of a 1940s semi detached house. Friendly, prompt and very professional service. I was kept fully informed and consulted at every stage. The guys worked quickly, with the minimum of disruption during their time here, considering the complexity of the job. I'm very happy with my new roof, which is now up to modern standards.

This young man viewed my new roof done by someone else, he used ladders and took 3 rows of tiling off, he identified the problem and advised me to go back to the original roofer to get them to fix it free, I had already tried this but to no avail. However armed with knowledge I did get the original roofer to repair free knowing the problem which he could no longer deny was his fault. Now I would definitely use RIGHT CHOICE ROOFING, as the young guy didn’t charge me despite taking time to work from his ladders, identifying the problem and advising me truthfully, he also quoted reasonably.
