In July 2025 the whole roof of my house was renewed. I was shown all the faults that demanded this, and the work was done to a high standard. BUT Mr Fellowes refused to present an invoice, saying the contract was sufficient evidence. It is a legal obligation to provide an invoice. I have been cheated. I reported this to CheckaTrade who removed the business immediately. Nonetheless, I am writing this in February 2026, where I find Right Choice Roofing is still advertising under the CheckaTrade umbrella.

We were very pleased with the work carried out as weather conditions were not favourable at times . Each step of the job was explained thoroughly to us as it was done . The men were very polite and easy to have around the house . We would definitely recommend them if anyone we know needed a roofing contractor

Reuben and his team were not only consummate professionals, but also exceptional regarding there identification of issues and finding a solution for them. I coordinated the work on behalf of my elderly mother, & Reuben’s communication was top notch sending photos and video of work to show what was needed and stages of completion. The communication with my mother directly &friendly approach ensured that she had confidence but also felt safe & comfortable with work being carried out. I couldn’t recommend Reuben & the team highly enough , they made a stressful situation manageable & affordable

Ruben and his team have been absolutely amazing . My mum’s house needed a lot of work doing to fully replace the roof . We were kept up to date throughout the work with photos and videos of things we couldn’t see from ground level. He explained everything clearly every step of the way,.He worked with us both to reassure my mum who was anxious about it all . Not only is the work exemplary and of a very high standard but Ruben is the most kind considerate person . He has a pride in his work and honestly cares about keeping his clients happy . 100% recommend his work and a genuine lovely person.

After several contractors failed to turn up, Right choice were reliable, turning up on time as promised and carried out all work to a very high standard. They left the premises clean and tidy and were totally professional at all times. Highly recommended.

After discovering a leak in our garage used check a trade to call Ruben and asked if he could come and have a look and give me a quote to fix, which he did and - as it was a bungalow - actually asked me to go up the ladder and have a look so he could explain properly. He then called me back promptly with a quote and we arranged for a date, he arrived on time, once he had removed the tiles he showed me again other potential issues and explained fully how all elements impact result. he then showed me pictures of what they had done and the products they had used, Cleared up his mess.
