"Good communication from first phone call. Arrived when he said, assessed the work, provided up close pictures. Provide a comprehensive breakdown of work he assessed was required and gave a full quote. Work was done in an efficient and safe manner. Workmen with him were polite, friendly and knowledgeable as well. I can honestly say he was a professional from start to finish.
