He discussed options with me, and worked with the least possible inconvenience to myself. The job proved to be less extensive than he first thought, and he reduced the bill accordingly. Everything was as agreed and explained to me. I'm delighted with the work, and have no hesitation in recommending Rig Electrics.

Over the last couple of years, I have needed a lot of electrical work carried out. Firstly, with adding outside electrics and lighting for the driveway and patio. Most recently for a major layout change across the kitchen, dining room and utility room. Those changes included relocating circuits and replacement of the distribution board. For each project, James has been my first choice as the quality of his work is first rate, he is polite, courteous and punctual. James is always happy to offer advice and thinks about the best way to do things, both for aesthetics and cost.

He arrived exactly on time and made a swift job of the installation, leaving absolutely no mess behind. I continue to be delighted by the standard of his work and the reasonable amounts charged. His technical competence and safety awareness are superb; his electrical mastery is matched by his unfailingly cheerful and engaging manner. I regard him as the first choice electrician in the Southampton area and will request his services for any future electrical task.
