Ridon were very helpful on initial contact and arranged for someone to call to survey our requirements within a reasonable time and subsequently submitted an acceptable quotation by email within a few working days. They kept us fully informed on supply progress, duly fixed a fitting date, the fitter arriving promptly on the date agreed. Would not hesitate to use again in the future if needed.

The team were very efficient and hard working. It took a week to complete 5 windows and a door and they kept me informed, especially Rory and Alex who did the majority of the work.

Extremely pleased with my new windows and door. The workmen were very efficient and did an excellent job including clearing up after themselves. I would definitely use Ridon Glass again and will recommend them to friends and family.

A very professional job all round without any fuss. The survey was completed in good time and the fitting was done without any issues or any requirement for money up front. The team were very helpful and it was no hassle to clear a small amount of space for them to work in. I did not even have to take my curtains down. There is a 10 year warranty and there was no chasing for the money. I paid promptly anyway and the whole experience was as positive as it is possible to be. I am very happy with the whole experience.
