The guys went out of their way to go above and beyond of the norm. Gave me the best quote out of a number of companies. Then on top of that instead of using felt they used rubber for no additional cost. Very, very thankful. They made sure to let me know & see what and where they were up to on the job. We're very good with communication. Tidied up after themselves. You couldn't ask for better tradesmans.
