Martin and his team arrived in the morning, they stripped the rear roof completely. They then laid a new membrane, replaced the old batons with brand new treated ones and also replaced cracked or broken tiles, 17 to be precise. The whole job was finished by the evening, everything was cleaned up before they left, an excellent job done, we know the job was done properly because it started to rain shortly after they left, it's still raining now and the roof doesn't leak anymore.

Having noticed a loose tile I asked Ridgeline to inspect the roof and they declared that there was insufficient sound wood to affect a repair. Having agreed to a new roof the old roof was removed and replaced very quickly, within a few days.

Fast response; new conservatory roof promptly installed and guttering replaced. Work carried out very competently, and rubbish removed. I'll definitely contact them next time I need similar work.

Thought it was just a small fix for a falling brick, but Martin carefully explained it was a bigger issue and suggested a full roof replacement. They gave me a free quote and finished the job in just 1.5 days. Fast, professional, and cleaned up well. A bit unexpected, but overall happy with the service.
