I hired Ridgeline to install a new felt flat roof, guttering, and roof window. While the job was done quickly, I had to ask them to come back a few times to fix parts of the job that I saw were done poorly. e.g. Cracking ceiling. Despite multiple messages and calls, no one came to fix it, even though they said they would. Communication during the job was poor, the quoting was unclear, and some of our belongings were left damaged. Also worth noting: many of the 5-star reviews on Google seem suspicious — most are one-off posts using nearly identical wording. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Danny and his team did a great job clearing some moss build up on our outbuilding roof. Did the job the same week as giving us a quote and great communication.

The boss came and gave me a free estimate the same day I phoned then started the work two days later, The roofers were punctual polite and professional, they finished the job in two days when they left all rubbish was taken away and site left clean and tidy

I am really happy with the work Dan and his team did. They replaced the flat roof with new plywood and felt, fitted new lead flashings, and installed new guttering, fascia, and a downpipe. They left everything clean and tidy. They were friendly and did a great job. I’d happily recommend them.
