Seemed very knowledgeable and all started well. Found further faults during work which cost us considerably more than quoted. If you're told and shown the work needed, as a layman we could not argue however the price seemed inflated. We were told the work would be guaranteed and we would receive that in 2 weeks. Nothing arrived and on chasing it by text had a text from a firm in Glasgow saying we had sent it to the wrong place. Strange as used mobile number we were given by Tom and had previously used. You live and learn just hope we don't end up with a leaky roof.
