Good communication with set-out conditions. Not gone forward with the project yet as there's been a delay.

Excellent job .A blocked drain is a distressing experience but Paul was very thorough and reassuring. Using rods /flushing and cameras the blockage was located and cleared. Cost was as quoted and reasonable for the work involved. Highly recommended

Paul was amazing. He responded promptly and explained why the drain had become blocked (gravel). He cleaned it out and cleaned the whole area up when he finished and checked the pipework was completly clear. The price charged was very competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to use Rider again or to recommthem to friends/family. Thank you Paul.

Excellent all round

Absolutely brilliant service and very reasonable cost. Both Paul and Dave have been really helpful. Dave attended my call on the same day, did a really detailed scan and talked me through any issues identified. Paul followed this up with a really helpful phone call with really good advice and explained exactly what I needed to do and who I needed to contact.
