I'm well pleased with my 3m x 10m extension which was built last year2025 by Rich and Steve, from the footings up block work, stonework,Cedar cladding,screeding, insulation, plasterboard, plastering and some plumbing, window and doors fitted, tiles and LVT layed , skirting board and architrave fixed, ventilation system installed including pipework, toilets, basins,bath and shower tray and surround, wet wall boards, new kitchen units and worktops, cooker hood. Most of which was completed in 8 months. As of Feb 2026 waiting for the weather to improve to complete the rendering on the block work.
