Very pleasant young fellow, very organised and clean. Had all the necessary tools for draining the system, change the valves with some pipe replacement and refill. Took his time to make sure all was ok and left everything clean and organised. Definitely recommended

Darrin was an excellent communicator provided good advice on the make and model that was best for me in terms of value, performance and aesthetics and found the best site for the outdoor unit. His quote was competitive and the work was carried out to the correct standard.
