I was completely locked out of my car , I called Richardsons recovery and they literally got to me within 5 minutes, Jay who attended was knowledgeable and freindly and put me at ease that he would get this sorted for me ,which he did ,within a few minutes he managed to get the car open and found that my car battery was the problem ,I definitely needed a new battery ,he jump started the car to enable me to get the car to a place to get a new battery fitted , he directed me to a place that fitted batteries and even followed to make sure I got there safely .I would highly reccomend

He was very helpful and was reasonably priced. Tried to fix car by the roadside to no avail. But took time to check the obvious things.

Worked with me to find a time that worked for vehicle collection as it wasn’t an urgent job, took no time at all to recover vehicle around obstacles on a tight road and had brilliant knowledge of the garages in my local area. Definitely recommended and will be keeping details for the future
