BAD NEWS! Came and was informative and clean. Serviced the boiler. I thought he was good. Even paid him extra. The next day I realised he had not fitted the filter back correctly and I had a leak. He came back. As the days (it started a day or two after the service) went by I noticed a rattle getting louder and louder in the boiler and figured perhaps he’d not tightened something but on googling it I wasn’t sure and started to get concerned. I made countless attempts at contacting him by email, text and calling but he’s ignored all my contact. Stay away.

The service offered from Paul was fantastic. He was punctual, polite and happy to offer advice and guidance on the heating system. Great service and happy to recommend. Thanks Paul
