Scott is a friendly, kind person who, as he knows his products well, is able to give you detailed advice and lots of options. He listens to what you want and gives you time to consider. Scott is excellent at communicating and keeps you up to date with timelines for delivery and fitting. When fitting the blinds, Scott did a fantastic job!
