Richard was superb from start to finish. Great communication, the work was completed to a very high standard with good attention to detail. The work included toilets, radiators, fitted kitchen and other items.

Richard has restored our faith in tradesmen. We have bought a house that needs lots of work and we have had so many disappointing experiences with others, but thankfully Richard was recommended to us and I can see why. He’s polite, punctual, reliable and the standard of workmanship is excellent. Richard offered ideas and alternatives, he was helpful and knowledgeable. We have been really impressed from start to finish and will definitely be contacting him again for our next stage of renovations.

The work involved building both brick and stone walls, fencing, lighting and paving. Throughout construction Richard dealt with every aspect such as ordering skips, purchasing additional equipment and made suggestions which were always readily accepted. He has extensive contacts in the trade and could always be relied upon to get the best deal. I was so impressed with him that I asked him to carry out another project replacing the roof on an outbuilding. Again this job was done in an excellent manner.

Richard was fantastic through out the process. Always on the end of the phone when we needed him. Like any large project, aspects changed during the build but Richard took it all in his stride. Couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a quality builder.

Richard and his team were absolutely fantastic with our house build, I was sceptical initially as we have been mislead by previous builders but Richard visited our property a number of times prior to building work commencing and talked us through the plans.. as a family with a baby we were living in the property, Richard made sure he kept us updated and secured the property with no disrupti We converted a single story to a double and built outback around 6m x 12m. His team are hard workers each day and everyday was progress! We highly highly recommend Richard for any build work!!! Thanks Rich!

Richard was punctual, friendly and reliable. He was trustworthy and did everything that was asked including removing walls and rebuilding them, replacing doors and all windows, he had skilled workmen who plastered and bricklayers that he worked with. He used trusted electricians and other trades. Richard installed a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. He laid flooring throughout the bungalow. I am extremely satisfied with the service and standard of care that I have received.
