  Full re-roof

  Having used Rob in the past, I was confident that he would do another excellent job, and he did just that. He kept in communication before the project started to let me know when the scaffolding and skip were arriving. Once he and the team were on site, they smashed through the re-roof and new flashings in four days, with some tricky interfaces to boot. I'd wholeheartedly recommend RH Property Services to anyone wanting a professional service.

  Rob and his team turned up every morning on time, always cleaned there mess up through out the day, very professional cared for the public walking passed as was on scaffolding near the main road,very polite and well mannered team. thankyou.

  Full reroof, chimney re build &guttering

  Rob and his team carried out a full reroof, chimney rebuild, new guttering soffits and facias. Rob kept me up to date with everything that was happening, kettle n me know when scaffolding and the skip was coming and confirming in the days before hand as well as confirming the day the work was being carried out a few days before. Rob and his team were lovely, got the job done quickly and neatly. I am very happy with the completed job and would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

  Roof Valley & Various Roof Repairs

  Rob and the team did a great job of repairing our roof valley and various other important work to waterproof our roof that had previously been patched up by unprofessional builders which left the roof in a bad state resulting in raining inside the house, now it's now been done properly and they left everything clean & tidy, thanks.

  Re roof and extra jobs

  Rob was amazing with his communication, replying/calling same day if I had any questions. Contacted end of 2024 and the whole re roof is already completed by the end of January, speedy and efficient communication. They were also fantastic by helping with other jobs we needed around the house such as some repointing, window resealing, guttering replacement and insulation added. Cannot express how much I would recommend Rob for any roof work! No messing around, the jobs were done within 3 days.
