  Very good at what he does!

  We contacted Rob regarding a kitchen leak we were certain was the roof. He quoted us on Dec 18 for lead/gutters. Despite Christmas and snow delays, he arrived 12th Jan (very reasonable) and checked the behind a ceiling light, did measuresments and checked our upstairs bathroom. Rob located the real source: a hidden pipe under the sink. He explained everything with photos and put us at ease. We did ask him to do the roofwork in the end as well to fix some old, dodgy work. It’s rare to find such honesty. We’ve already booked him for more jobs and highly recommend his professional service!

  Broken gutter

  Really happy with the service that Rob and his team provided. They replaced my broken gutter this time and I’ve also used them before for a few repairs before we moved in. Always friendly, reliable and efficient, and the work’s always done to a great standard. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for any future jobs. 👍

  5- star roofing service

  Rob and his team fitted a roof at my property. They did a fantastic job and helped me navigate through a really stressful period of our build. They were friendly, supportive, thorough and committed. Rob was transparent from the beginning and kept me appraised on everything he was doing and why. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his team and would not hesitate to use him again. The team was highly respectful of the property and made every effort to ensure everything was left clean and tidy.

  Work on my chimney

  These workmen came and did exactly what they said and more, they were there on the job early till late and have done a brilliant job repairing, renderinand re leading and re setting the chimney pots on my chimney, they were extremely polite and friendly, the made sure it was all clean and tidy when they finished and I would definitely recommend them to anyone..

  New roof

  We are very satisfied with the quality of the work carried out on our property by Rob and the team from RH Property Services. A complete new roof including new facias, soffits, gutters and rainwater downpipes. The team arrived promptly on the arranged date and time, they were very friendly, pleasant and left the site clean and tidy on completion of the job. I would highly recommend Rob and the team from RH Building Services.

  Great work

  I have used RH Property Services on two occasions. Firstly, to replace a flat garage roof (2021) and recently to completely re-roof a bungalow. Rob and his team provided an excellent job from quotation through to completion. I was kept well informed with clear and timely communication throughout both projects. Work was completed to a very high standard and within the quoted timescales. The team was friendly, polite and left my property clean and tidy after each day. I would recommend RH Property Services and would definitely use them again in the future.
