I recently had an emergency with the water tap and pipes in my bathroom early on a Saturday morning. I reached out to Richard, and he replied instantly despite his busy schedule. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he arranged for someone to come and repair it that same morning. Both the guys from Richard’s Team were brilliant, so helpful, went out of their way to make sure they did everything the way I wanted it, solved multiple issues along the way without them being blown out of proportion, always left the bathroom cleaner than our cleaner normally does! :) Pleasure to work with, and will do again I’m sure.

Job involved removing shower screen and floor tiles in wetroom, retiling the floor and reinstalling the screen. Tiling outside the shower area was done to an acceptable standard, but the sloped area around the shower drain was not. Angled tile sections were not cut precisely, resulting in very inconsistent width and noticeably misaligned grout lines which spoils the appearance of the shower floor. Unsucessfull attemps were made to convince to fix the grout lines. The shower screen was intially also not reinstalled correctly, requiring a follow-up visit to fix the screen.

I highly recommend R H Plumbing Services. Richard’s responds was swift- he promptly replied to my initial email, came on-site to visit and provided a quotation. The execution by his team, Danny, was impressive. Danny painted the bathroom ceiling and walls, installed a ventilation fan, he fitted an access panel for the boiler flue and installed a lock to the bathroom door – all completed within one day, and at high quality. For sure, I will be reaching out to them again for any upcoming bathroom projects or other tasks within my home.

I am more than happy to recommend this company and team of workmen they worked to a very high standard and a lot of concern and care. They listened and do exactly what you want them to do which is important.
