We had a problem getting the toilet to stop flushing, which is no fun in the early hours of the morning. We looked on checkatrader and viewed a few local plumbers. Having checked the reviews we chose RH20 Plumbing and heating. Richard came and looked at the problem and told us what needed replacing. He was very honest and said that it was something we could easily do ourselves. We decided that we would like Richard to do the job for us and he came back the next day with the new parts. Richard was very thorough, professional, removed allvl the rubbish and left everything tidy.

Richard at RH20 has done 4 (all unconnected) jobs for us over the last 5 odd years. All have been done well with no subsequent issues. He is clean and tidy. The prices are reasonable, he communicates well and arrived when he said he would. I recommend him to all my neighbours.

I had a blocked sink that I had tried to unblock but didn’t and plumbing that I had re assembled incorrectly. Richard was punctual and efficient and had my problem sorted with an hour . Sink unblocked and all put back together again
