From the very first phone call to Richard, I was more than happy with the service level I received. Richard took the time to listen to the issue I had, give me some advice and then quickly provided his quotation (excellent value) and booked in the job. Less than 24 hours later my bathroom has been repaired to an excellent standard - the work was carried out by two amazingly talented brothers, Olly and Finn who were exceptionally polite, skilled and worked seamlessly together like a dream team. Richard attended to give quote, established likely cause and agreed works to be done on week. Comms around slight delay were grear and works were completed to a very high standard. Very happy with the service provided. Richard and Oly have done a great job. They promptly found out what caused our toilets and sinks to block, got the parts and came back to fix the problem well in an highly efficient manner. Communication has been great. Prices are very reasonable. They are trustworthy, competent and professional. We would definitely request for their help again should the need arises in the future. Highly recommend!
