Excellent service from Chris. Although it wasn't an emergency, he was able to come the day I phoned him. He assessed the problem and suggested a suitable solution. He was also happy to look at another lock which was becoming worn as well. He returned a week later (Easter intervened) and has replaced both. Tidy and clean workmanship.

We experienced a highly professional, swift and efficient service from Rhodes to Security when my elderly parents accidentally locked themselves out of their home. A stressful situation was calmly resolved, for which we are very grateful indeed. Communication was clear, honest and reassuring. I highly recommend this service to all.

Excellent service. Arrived on time. tidied up afterwards. In addition he adjusted our front door locking as door had dropped slightly. No charge for front door adjustment. Would use again without hesitation.
