On contact Ben came to view and quote for the job. He listened to the issues, investigated, explained potential causes and actions to fix. His quotation explained the work, timescales etc. and was very competitive. The work was undertaken as agreed and completed to a very high standard. Ben had an excellent work ethic, he was always courteous, tidy and kept me informed at all times. Indeed his communication was outstanding. Ben has even offered to return in a couple of months to ensure all is well. I would definetly highly recommend Ben. He'll be the first person I call for any roof jobs.

The lead flashings were coming away from the connecting property which meant when it rained badly water would drip underneath and cause stains to appear on the ceiling. This was due to poor work previously done on the property. Ben came and looked at the issue, he was super friendly and helpful and was able to identify the problem quickly. We were able to get the work booked in quicker than expected. Ben always keep me informed of progress and sent pictures to show what had been done. The quality was fantastic and done quickly.

Ben came round more or less within a couple of hours and could see the stress I was under as water was coming in everywhere. He was calm and reassuring and I had scaffolding up within 24hrs and someone doing the repairs the next day. He was always available when I needed him and the job was done very professionally. I would recommend him to anyone.

Having dealt with loads of tradesman over the years, i can honestly say that Rhodes Roofing (Ben) is the best. Needed someone to fix the lead flashing around the chimney. Ben attended to see what the issue was and informed about the best way to fix it. The job was done in reasonable time (due to bad weather). The price quoted was fair for the job and he even came back to fit a chimney cap. Nothing to fault at all. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for all future roofing jobs.
