Lots of excuses why did nt come. The render was really patchy when finally finished. Agreed to put a coating on, which wasn’t really what I had wanted. Put coating on but only one coat. The company that produced the coating said I needed two as I rang them. Started to come off shortly after. Spent approximately £4500 on this and it went on from February to present day. I took my pensions out to pay for this so I feel completely cheated. Never received guarantees promised despite asking them several times

Andy at Rhodes was very knowledgable about the different products that were suitable for our property and met our needs. It was a complex job and he took the time to work out what was best for us and the best approach and method. He also managed our roofing work and indoor plastering which eased the whole process of major works at our house.
The render application team were very streamlined, hardworking and created a great finish which surpassed our expectations working very hard to get the best finish on an old difficult property.
Andy is very contactible and approachable.
