  A highly professional and efficient firm; I would happily recommend this company and their services to anyone looking for a reliable heating company to work with. The engineers they send out are polite and passionate about their work; they are honest if there is something they cannot help with and will offer practical solutions. The staff at the office are friendly and service oriented.

  We recently had a boiler service carried out and were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise shown by the engineer. During the service, he identified that the CO levels on low burn were dangerously high. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, checked whether our boiler was still under warranty, and advised us on the next steps to ensure the problem was dealt with safely and correctly.   Excellent stress-free fitting of new boiler

  Rhodes plumbing have helped us with smaller plumbing jobs and boiler fixes for the last few years, and recently installed a new boiler for us. They quoted us a good price and held our hand through the process ensuring we knew how long it would take, what extras we may need, etc. Dale and his team are always a pleasure to deal with, we're happy customers who will continue to use them in the future.

  Totally positive experience across two separate jobs - a system flush and a subsequent new boiler. Easy to deal with, clear explanations about what was going on and needed to be done and with a nervous 91 year old in residence - utterly charming to her and completeley trustworthy. Couldn't recommend Dale at Rhodes highly enough.

  Fix broken bath tap

  I was given very good information in order to decide if I wanted a new tap of to fix the valve. The work was completed on time and in line with the quote - even though the removal of bath panels was more time consuming than anticipated. The rates are not the cheapest but Rhodes are reliable and totally competent. I will use them again.
