This feedback is inaccurate. It has been written by the tenant of the property in question, I have dealt with the owner of the property and acted professionally in this instance by offering help and the information the owner needs to make a claim through my insurance and the landlord obviously isn’t aware of this so has taken matters into his own hands. As the owner of the property is more than happy with the steps I am taking to deal with this and has no issues I feel that this feedback is unfair and not factual.
