  NO job too small, Polite & friendly - Toilet Cistern

  After being let down by another plumbing firm & others "too busy" Richard explained over the phone, after sending him a picture gave immediate quote for the work. Polite & friendly, told me would call me before he came - which he did, did the job mess free & left me with a fully working cistern. A large, well known company that previously (less than 20 months changed the internals on my toilet offered NO help - stating 12 months only guarantee) - The part Richard fitted came with the box stating clearly a 10 year guarantee. So I am more than happy with Richard & WILL recommend him to others.

  Thank goodness for Richard coming to the rescue after trying to get the diaphragm sorted for my toilet for over a month with other plumbers with no success! After sending pictures of the problem Richard replied quickly and let me know how much it would be and when he could come. He came on time as agreed and was polite and friendly, would recommend ^_^

  Richard carried out the work. He kept me up to date on when to expect him. He carried out fitting a new dishwasher. He was very friendly got the job done. The work was done quickly and no mess. I would definitely recommend Richard and I’ll pass on his number to family and friends. Thanks

  Richard arrived on time, was polite and efficient. The quote was accurate and the work was carried effectively and cleanly. Wouldn't hesitate to call Richard again, highly recommended.
