After installing my water2buy softener I noticed the water was still hard. I had difficulties setting up the digital clock so I called Ross an experienced engineer who reprogrammed the setting so that now we have silky smooth water. Ross kept the work area tidy and checked the unit over for any irregularities. Very happy with his service
