Ross helped install a water softener for us and from the initial meeting where he came to check out the space, he was kind, knowledgeable, patient and honest. On the day of the install, he was quick and efficient and explained everything clearly. Great guy and would highly recommend the product and Ross completely.

I recently had my annual water softener check-up and salt tablet replenishment carried out by Ross from Rhino, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, his professionalism was outstanding. Ross was punctual, exceptionally polite, and incredibly knowledgeable about the machinery. He completed the maintenance efficiently, ensuring everything was running perfectly, and took the time to explain the maintenance to me. It is rare to see such a high standard of customer care. Today, Ross from RHiNO Plumbing came to repair and service our Water2Buy softener. I have to say, I could not have been happier with the work he carried out. Not only did he replace the defective part, but he also did a complete service. At the same time, he showed me how to do the Resin clean properly...... every day is a school day!. Ross even gave me a complimentary bottle of resin cleaning fluid. His workmanship was first-class, and he left everything spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend RHiNO Plumbing. Ross provides a top-rate service.

Unfortunately, the trader took 11 days to respond to me despite a few message chases. Finally, no message they just declined the job. Would be better if responses were a little more timely...

Ross was excellent, knowledgeable and informed on the product, thorough in his work and exacting in his standards - his quote was fair and options provided and he did a great deal on water softener salt - would definitely use again
