We have been using Mr Green for the last 3-4 years, maybe more. He is a wonderful and pleasant person to deal with. Very prompt with his appointments. We have nothing to say except that the service is done with efficiency, clean and on time. I would not use anybody else. Well done Mr Green

I was recommended by others that Ricci and his team were excellent and I was not disappointed. I requested a quote for a replacement boiler, Ricci gave a favorable quote and was able to fit me in within a week. They arrived on time were very friendly, knowledgeable and clean in their workmanship and replaced the boiler within the day. I honestly could not have had a better team in my house, they explained everything about the boiler including the warranty, service schedule and boiler controls.

Great Service Had the boiler replaced. Ricci advised on the right boiler, replaced my 25 year old one efficiently and was clearly knowledgeable about his subject. Also picked up a couple of other plumbing problems along the way which he efficiently rectified. Very clean and tidy worker and a pleasure to have around the house. He had an apprentice with him who he was supporting in a constructive way to learn the skills necessary. Nice to see Thank you

3rd yearly service after installing a new combi boiler. The boiler has worked perfectly ever since installation, and Ricci is very thorough in servicing the boiler. He found our emergency gas turn off valve was too stiff to work and contacted the gas authority who in turn contacted us the same day to arrange a (free) replacement.
