Raphe was the first to respond and we agreed a good date to complete the work. The work was completed in one long day in line with the quote. There was one very prompt follow-up visit to adjust the water temperature of the new shower unit.

Once again, Raphe provided an excellent service. He was reassuring and detected the source of the problem immediately, returning a few days later with the replacement parts. Great to find a reliable tradesman, who I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

An efficient and professional job.

Really pleased with the service. Had 2 x leaking taps in our kitchen & utility room so wanted replacements. After assessment and advice from Raphe, to save cutting into units, it was possible to fix the taps rather than replace them. Saved on time too and cost came in under quote! Would definitely recommend.
