  RGN Electrical was prompt to respond to the job request and more competitive than others. The electrician was available in line with our needs, was punctial for the appointment and undertook the EICR certificate in a very professional manner. Payment was easy by BACS. Thank you for your help.

  Gregg quoted for a EV charger and upgraded consumer unit , extremely helpful thought-out the hole process. communication first rate replying to every question promptly. On the day ever think went seamlessly with the help of Brandon. Fitted a really smart Andesen EV charger and Hager consumer unit. would highly recommend RGN Electrical.

  All-round fantastic - couldn't ask for more!

  Gregg and Brandon fitted a new consumer unit and an EV charger for me. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and to an extremely high standard, with everything left very neat and tidy. There were a couple of teething problems - very much to be expected when replacing ancient fuse boards in an old property - but these were quickly rectified at no extra charge. Outstanding customer service from a friendly, local firm!

  EV charger and 2 consumer units fitted

  From an initial enquiry to the job being completed Gregg and Brandon did a fantastic job. At the quiet stage Gregg did an onsite assessment and talked to me about what options were available with the current set up. Told him my requirements and then received the quote the same day. Work he was carrying out was clearly explained too. The day of the installation was a seamless experience. Gregg and Brandon arrived on time and completed the job very professionally and left the sites tidy. They stuck around to ensure the apps relating to the vehicle charger were full working too.
