Engineer was prompt and friendly. Carried out the boiler service and had all required tools. Was able to answer general questions when able. Had to repressurise the boiler's bladder and informed me if it doesnt hold the pressure we should be investigating a new boiler considering some of the fittings on the property are obsolete.

Underfloor insulation - they were great to work with and did a good job. We have a pretty small crawlspace but they managed to do it without lifting the boards, which was great. There was one hitch, but they responded immediately and sorted the issue. Very happy to recommend them.

Was excellent. Attended very early and sorted the problem out. Very professional.

The engineer who came round was great. He explained to me what was going on, showed me the existing work and made sure I was reassured about the state of my gas pipework in the house.

Placed the advert and had a prompt response of interest followed by a call to clarify the job the very next morning. Brian was prompt (despite the rural location), gave great general advice and conducted the LPG Boiler Service. Brian was a good representative for the company and left no trace of being in the house he was that tidy. Comms excellent, charged the minimum call out rate (£150+Vat) customer service, workmanship and advice were spot on = would happily recommend.
