RGM provided a most excellent service. After the initial consultation where Rich and I walked around my house discussing my requirements, it was agreed that they would carry out the work whilst I was on holiday. They arrived as planned and completed the work to a very high standard, leaving my house clean and tidy when they had finished. The communication from them was great and I was very happy with the service that they delivered. I would highly recommend using RGM for any electrical needs.

Rich came and looked at job, made me aware of an issue no one else had considered or thought to mention. He suggested a solution which I carried out at no cost to myself. He turned up when he said he would and carried out the work well. Courteous, polite, tidy. His quote was right in the middle of the 5 or 6 I'd had. I'll definately call Rich again.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a full rewire and they did everything we asked for and gave really good suggestions when we weren't sure. Incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy electricians and we were blown away by how tidy they left our house too. Customer service is by far the best we've had, communicated really well and were transparent with pricing. We cannot fault the guys at RGM, highly recommend.
