I recently had Rado install new flooring in my room and kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Rado was incredibly professional, careful, and attentive to detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, which made me feel confident and well-informed every step of the way. What I truly appreciated was the transparency—he provided a clear quote upfront with no hidden costs, which is rare and very much appreciated. Rado has been a pleasure to have in our home. He is always very fast to respond on WhatsApp, ready with advice and responses to questions. He goes out of his way to advise on all aspects of the job and his attention to detail and finish is always of a high standard. He is very knowledgeable and provides advice on purchases. He always arrives on time and is reliable and takes full ownership of all aspects of the job. He removed the skirting boards and replaced in order to complete the best effect on the final floor.

Rado was super responsive and able to visit the same day for the quote. He is a lovely person and very polite and tidy. He also made the sensible suggestion of adding some sound proofing below the new wood, which hadn't been suggested to us by a flooring shop we had visited. Rado was fantastic in all aspects. Provided very useful information before installation, was flexible with timings, carried his work out promptly and professionally, and continually demonstrated a tremendous amount of knowledge. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Rado did an outstanding job laying laminate flooring in my one-bedroom flat. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The quality of the finish is excellent—clean lines, no gaps, and everything feels really solid underfoot. What impressed me most was that he completed the entire job two days ahead of schedule, without compromising on quality. He was also punctual, tidy, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I’m genuinely thrilled with how the place looks now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rado to anyone!

This is the second time I’ve used Rado, and once again, he did an excellent job. We needed engineered wood flooring installed on two floors of our new house. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process. He was also very accommodating when we had a last-minute schedule change. Communication was excellent throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
