Ross was polite and reliable. He communicated well, arrived when he said he would be and provided a detailed email quote (then invoice) with a breakdown of sensible costs and a guarantee. The work was to a high standard and everything was left tidy with the old materials that were replaced taken away. We would use Ross again should the need arise.

No complaints. Work was done efficiently and looks really good. Any additional work required was discussed before being carried out so there were no surprises when the work was completed.

I would highly recommend Ross for any roof repair work. ,At very short notice, during a spell of heavy rain and a very stressfull situation, he went out of his way to visit my property, quickly assess the issue with my roof extension, quote me for the work and fixed the leak the following day. Ross came and gave a quote for some guttering and outhouse roofing. Explained what was best and provided a quote. Came to do the work on schedule and tidied every scrap of rubbish away. Personable and polite. 10/10

Ross gave us his quote for the works to replace our old front door entrance canopy. We agreed his price and he provided us with a start date.
