From the first meeting with Rafal, we knew he would be the ultimate professional. Throughout the build his communication, quality of work, knowledge and advice was second to none. The trades that Rafal used where also up to a very high standard and it's easy to see why Rafal uses them. Rafal was happy to talk to outside suppliers that we had bought in to allow the project to flow as best as it could. We really valued this as it allowed the 'trades' to manage their time together. On a personal note, we always felt throughout the project, that we were number one customer.

Rafal's knowledge and organizational skills are truly commendable. It's also rare to find a builder who can balance financial considerations with a willingness to adapt to the client's needs. Overall, I cannot recommend highly enough. His workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. We would highly recommend Raf and his team. Raf himself is reliable, sensible, a hard worker and has all the solutions to the most difficult and seemingly insurmountable problems. He has a broad range of skills, knowledgeable about electrics, joinery, plastering and plumbing and is courteous and always punctual. He also listens to what the customer wants and seeks opinion and comment at each step. He and his team transformed our dark, dank dungeon of a cellar into a bright, warm useful space. Raf stepped in when our contractor went AWOL, on a very complicated build. He picked up a ton of stuff, some of it part way through, some from scratch. Raf was amazing. He problem solved and finds ways to get things done. I trust and value his opinion. All of his suggested changes have been great decisions, and his finishing has been excellent. He knows loads of different tradesman that can help as well. We have left him the keys to our house while we have been away on holiday. He is now genuinely one of the family who we trust deeply. Rafal and his boys did an amazing job on our basement conversion and courtyard, doubling its original size. They were reliable, trustworthy and tidy. They kept us in the loop at every stage and made adjustments and changes whenever we changed our mind about something. The quality of their workmanship was high. It was a difficult job and many creative solutions had to be found. This is where their experience with basements was a godsend. I would recommend using this company.
