Russ was recommended to us and in turn I would definitely recommend him. He has fixed an old boiler that we were considering getting replaced and so saved us a fortune. He also gave us options on manufactured parts vs cheaper versions which again saved us money. He identified the fault that other Engineers had tried to unsuccessfully and so within a matter of hours we had hot water for the first time in 6 months! He was very quick to book us in, on time and very tidy and a lovely guy. Would highly recommend

Russel came out on a Sat morning because we had no heating and he new we were pensioners ,arrived spot on 10:00 AM and located the problem and corrected it in no time but continued to check the whole boiler to make sure no other problems were going to occur he was very friendly and knowledgeable co,pared to the previous idiot that said the boiler needed replacing for a minimum of £1000 for the cheapest one. Carnot thank Russel enough we are now warm and have not needed a loan to replace the boiler.
