Had a new boiler fitted, excellent service from start to finish. Everything was done cleanly and to a very high standard. Really pleased with the job and I would definitely recommend Rob. He arrived on time every day, very polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble, even setting us up and demonstrating the Halo app.

Rob quoted for 2 back boilers to be removed and a combi boiler to replace them as well as some under floor pipes to be installed. Rob was quick to start the job and left him to get on with the job whilst away on holiday. Rob communicated clearly over WhatsApp with any issues. And on returning everything was in perfect working order and sent instructions on how to use the boiler effectively.

We'd been led to believe by a service company that our boiler was not economic to repair as it needed it's electronic control centre (the PCB) replaced. Rob came out to us at short notice to give us a second opinion, fitting us in when he otherwise would have finished for the day. Rob's day worked out unexpectedly challenging but he still did not let us down knowing we had no heating or hot water. He found the Service company's diagnosis to be completely wrong (he is an expert in Ideal boilers) and fixed the problem there-and-then with minor parts. Thanks Rob - you're a star!

When our boiler stopped working, Rob was excellent. He came out one evening to look at it to try and diagnose and then came back the next day to try and resolve. It turned out our boiler wasn't salvageable and Rob offered us some electric heaters to keep us warm. Rob quickly sourced a brand new boiler and booked us in for an install. Given the amount of work and call outs we had, his price was very reasonable. We now have a warm house and hot water! Rob is really friendly and professional and comes highly recommended
