James was first to contact me and arrived after a day exactly when agreed. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating element after removing hard water caked debris within the element space. He explained the problem and solution and provided advice and product to do monthly hot wash clean maintenance program. Tidy worker and would recommend.

James was punctual and knowledgeable about our machine and was efficient and diligent carrying out the repair. He was careful to explain what he needed to do and gave good preventative advice to avoid any buildup of scaling on the new heater element.
