We recently appointed Jake to renovate our two bathrooms and move the boiler up to the loft, and we’re super happy with the whole experience. Throughout the project, Jake always replied to our questions straight away, whether it was about buying materials or anything else. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Marc, Kyran and the tiler Tony are all easy to work with. The whole team worked really hard every day, and thus everything was finished on time as planned. We are both very pleased with their work. Jake replied to my enquiry within minutes - on a Saturday! And was there by Tuesday to fix the problem. It was seamless, he kept in contact with us throughout the process as we couldn’t be there and made an ongoing stressful situation seem like a walk in the park.

Jake’s team recently came to repair my boiler but after reviewing the cost of parts & age of boiler, I decided to go with a new one. Kyran was so helpful and explained everything for me & both Kyran & Owen were great workers, going above & beyond, staying late to complete it as quickly as possible. They were friendly, polite, tidy and professional. Jake kept me updated & I really appreciated fitting me in at short notice as I had no heating or hot water. The price was very reasonable and I am over the moon with the work completed. Would def recommend & will use again, thank you!

Jake and his team did a fantastic job on a sizeable bathroom repair. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with—exactly what you want as a landlord.
