Came to view the job quoted us for it, agreed a date had a text on the morning job was supposed to start to say he thought he had Broken his ankle getting through the back gate. The entry was clear and he wasn't picked up on our camera as even having arrived. Took days for any contact after the initial message saying he would keep us updated. Phil kept in touch from the initial request and gave details on the work carried out. Phil was conscious of possible nesting in the hedge and checked before starting the work. Hedge was cut as low as possible and tidied up after. Very pleased with work and cost.
