Efficient, but not so good at estimating amount of work

I found the staff to be very good and helpful. The problems arose due to an underestimation of the amount of work involved and the volume of foam being removed. As a result, 12 black bags of foam were left at my property because the van was not large enough to remove them all. A third party arrived two days later to collect the bags from the garden, but they were unhappy as there were more bags than they had been told to expect. Although they did remove all of the bags, they returned on Saturday morning (the work started on Monday) with the intention to put bags back into garden.

Wonderful job done by a wonderful team

The Revive team did a wonderful job of removing loft insulation from the attic. The team of Brandon, Lee and Jordan were punctual, very polite and efficient. They cleared up afterwards and all in all did a fantastic job.

Very impressed with the whole job from the initial quote to the completion. The whole team were very professional, polite, and kept me informed on the progress of the job. Jack in particular made a great effort to minimise any inconvenience, the place was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I have recommended the company to a neighbour
