Restore and Refresh were really quick to reply when we requested a quote and had a quick turn around on availability. His commiunication was excellent, especially when the weather turned and it meant a slight delay. The job was carried out very professionally and would definitely recommend him.

Charles and the team from Restore and Refresh came at the agreed time after excellent communication re weather etc . They had to put right a botched job by another company and went right back to basics to make sure the job was done correctly. Their attention to detail is exemplary and I I found them very pleasant and easy to have around. I would without hesitation recommend this company and feel confident that the end result will stand the test of time . The windows look perfect and I am very happy. I wasn’t asked to pay a penny until the job was done to my satisfaction which speaks volumes.
